How are an American team expected to compete in this contest every two years with inferior golfers. Apart from Mickelson and Perry, how many American golfers have won on their own circuit this year let alone winning around the World! Its time to call a spade a spade American golf is second rate and they need the South American contingent to compete with Europe but even that wouldn't be enough!

Anthony Kim is probably the best young player in the world! He has won 2 times this year at the Wachovia and the ATT(congressional). 2 of the top 10 tournaments outside the majors. Holmes, Cink, Weekley, Leonard... just to name a few with wins this year. Also... you're talking about winning around the world? The PGA Tour is by far the best tour in the world(yes, all the Europeans players agree). So winning on the PGA Tour is a much better accomplishment than winning around the world. Go to sleep, isn't it bed time over there? USA will be just fine. "ARE THOSE YOUR BOYS!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!"

Registered User (09/18/08 3:33 AM) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	i have to say that for the first year in a long time, i think its nigh impossible to predict who will win this time this year will definitely come down to choices by captains - and players actually picking their games up - alot of players in the mix this year have been too up and down (apart from maybe harrington and garcia) - can't wait for tomorrow - out on the course first thing in the morning and then down the pub from 1pm onwards :-)

The Euros are soooo not intimidated by him in this format. The US is just losing some 10-13-4 lifetime Ryder cupper.
