Make Skipper's job easier, and allow him to enjoy himself as he doesn't get out to play GT often.
We request that you make your LIVE name "your
last name" (with NO punctuation, please!) for all day Saturday (until the qualifier scoring is final) at the PCC. This will make scorekeeping (hopefully)
really easy, as the whole contest can just be copied and pasted from "Contest Results" into the tourney spreadsheet. Also, and MOST IMPORTANT: this
will no doubt eliminate any possibility of scoring errors. (We had one at NIV last year... 
) But, please note: we're still gonna have scoresheets, just
in case (Skipper is covering his ass 
)
For the Harriseseseses, please go last name, first initial (HARRIS B for example).
(Sorry that Blixx and Andy Fox aren't coming

For the McClellans: MCCLELLAN J (for Jeff), MCCLELLAN JEN (for Jennifer) [Jeff's "full" name won't fit on screen. LOL]
[NEWS] Also, in the "good" doubles qualifying, please play as something Skipper would recognize...(like your team name)
Both doubles will be the test for everything I am going to try to do Saturday. If you all play as "team name" (without the word "team"), according to what McCook has, we'll be great (Examples: "EXECUTIVES", "WEISS JADE'S". If your name is too long, that's ok as long as it's unique from any other name and close to what you're listed as.

Oh yeah, please play all your rounds. Don't have two bad rounds and bag the third, or if you don't want to do that, at least start the round, and then DNF. (Thanks)
Also, the flights for rounds two and three will not be done together, but will go R1F1, R1F2, R2F1, R2F2, R3F1, R3F2, like a "normal" tourney. The round and flight info will be posted by Wednesday night (note that all machines will be drawn randomly so you all can play with different players each game). We're looking to budget an extra 10 min per round (1:10), so we may look like we're running late, even though we're not. Skipper will be in the 2nd flight each round, so as to facilitate the scorekeeping.
