I can't get rid of this. It's recognizing it as a trojan. Any ideas?

I'm going to guess you've run an updated copy of Malwarebytes. If not, I'd start there. Then possibly posting a report in their forums or trying
something like ComboFix. Not sure how often CF is updated.
