If I am doubted much more then ill break those confidences so everyone can know as I know how big of a piece of human excrement jason kendrick really is.you still don't have the actual figures of how much was paid into the pot by the players except possibly the prepaid amounts, and the possible "on the day" paid amounts, you don't know how many were free entries, whether those free entries were paid for and put into the pot by JK or whether they weren't. You have no actual evidence that the money from the barowner (or part of it) was towards the pot or something else completely, or any evidence that the £750 (or part of it) was to go into the pot - yet you still insist that someone is a shady scumbag because you have decided to jump the shark cos u didn't cover your busfare and meds bills. For Sarge and others from the sidelines, you're not backing the right horse on this one. I'd offer take a deep breath and try to leave personal feelings about Mouth out if you can or lay low awhile. Mouth is telling it right about confidences that probably shouldn't be broken, multiple independent confirmations from here, and I honestly have no dog in the fight. The silence made me curious is all. It's been said by defenders that a tourney director can do whatever they want to do as long as there is a "document" like the paragraph in the Indy thread that makes it okay. I don't agree, but those numbers are wrong anyway(not way wrong) and it goes well beyond that "document" with the representations made about the players involved. Take it or leave it, just summing up because I got involved with this early. And I don't know any of the people involved real well, got curious I think because it was the first big tourney I attended a few years ago, kinda got me hooked on the game. Also to see if Mouth was just being full of sheet or not. Mouth's response to the whole thing was hair-trigger, abrasive and not conducive to compromise, but it doesn't seem that he's makin' this stuff up. And the entries are off, but not that far off, a few hundo here or there. The "principle/integrity/spirit" of the whole thing is off the charts, and ultimately will take actual honesty and stuff to figure out. I don't know any of them enough for that, so my tiny part in it is way done. Giddy up. ETA: The above post is a thumbnail sketch of my opinion, not testifying in open court, it's what I think for anyone of a small number of people that might care. If you don't care or think I'm full of the bull, fire away, no worries, just not much left for me to add.

Since you haven't read what I wrote before the cross, I did ask many times to simply have a look at the player list, who paid what. I thought it was a reasonable request if I played in the tourament, to see the entry list. Not much success, but you could try asking, its a simple list your honor, and my entire thread was just trying to have a look at the entry list, who paid what. I am with ya on that one sir. Not gonna redo it all though, especially the willfully uninformed cross examination. Your tone doesn't deserve the reply I gave quite honestly. Good day.

no tone - was just wondering if amongst all the "so and so's a scumbag", and the "mini investigation is over...and you're backing the wrong horse" whether anything has actually been proven still? I've read your thread now and whilst it was a reasonable attempt to try and shed some light on things rather than a straight out attack on someone, it still didn't appear to conclude anything either I'm just amazed by how an incredible amount of speculation on pretty much everyones part without having the full facts has taken place and still is taking place, and yet partial conclusions are apparently being drawn. I totally agree that if JK arranged the tourney and people feel there is a discrepancy concerning what was taken, what was to be in the pot, what wasn't put in the pot and why, then yes, i actually do feel that he should answer and address those concerns - i don't consider his lack of response as further shady scumbagness as another person clearly does, maybe he really is very busy with his businesses and family. however, concerns have been raised, and if he should address them, rather than the people who disagree with Mouth tell everyone that JK shouldn't have to address them. |

paid by him and they could not have entries due to the fact. Now that we look at after the fact none of these free entries were ever paid, only a small portion
of what power vending and the bar ponied up for the pot actually went there, and the fact that the tourney was not run at all basically, can lead you to one
conclussion, someone ended up with money they shouldn't have had. That 1 person is jason kendrick. I watched his partner look dumbfounded when he saw that
the payouts didn't add up. I watched the bar managers have a sitdown and come to me with what they expected to be contributed to the pot. This is all even
before anyone had realized that no one had paid for any of these mysterious 14 free entries to which there actually are not.
If the math is done how it should be, 18 prepaid + 14 free entries = 32x150= 4800 20 more at the door = 2000 750 from power Total pot should be 7350 7350 does not equal 5600 Where is the other 1750 at least He tricked the bar, the other vendor, and the players. Its shameful that someone who many of u call a friend would do this to you and for that he is a world class pos. I did not just fire aimlessly, I tried to resolve and the situation with reason and talk until that person stepped over the line, as many others heard. The fact that the best rebuttal that I have gotten to any of these facts is ,"wrong" or "the bar did not give any money to the pot" further proves my point that there was definetely some shady things going on. Frankly, I am very disappointed in many of you in the community for not being irrate over this whole thing. I know some of u call him a friend but with friends like him you really don't need any more enemies. and fenster i'm honestly not trying to wind you up or slate Mouth - yes most times i see Mouth post it always comes across as very reactionary, but i honestly don't presume that impression is 100% accurate of him, which is why i think i asked how comes Mouth always seems to be the one to post like that as a question rather than an indictment. my post was just suprise that had figures and actual confirmation been obtained from a real source - cos i hadn't seen anything covering it yet - and i hadn't read your thread yet cos i was still trying to pile thru the 13pages that had happened since i finished work yesterday and started again this morning, so i wondered if you had covered it in your thread
