Hey I'm headed to NYC for 4 days Monday 9th thru Thurs 12th. I am staying at a friends aptmt at 1st, and 18th, but know my way around on the Metro. Anyone want to meet up for a game or 2 and a couple beers? Ill be free pretty much all day tomm. from 1 till 7 NY time. And after that Ill have to meet with a couple clients early down on Wall, tues, and Wed. morning, but should be free after that. Where does one go to buy good stuff online? I know the typicall Overstock and such, but are there any hidden places I should look? I want new knives but am not willing to pay a bunch for top 'o the line shit. I'm saving for a big vacation. $50 would be about the limit. I am not a chef and rarely cook, but when I do I want something functional. Ideas?

Is it still a week for tourneys to be open before a refund occurs?

I played couple cycles of 9's this afternoon, plus one extra GW. All 3 GW's I played started on Nov 4th. I'm thinking these will never close if they are still on a week time frame? I played one GW on Friday night, and it also started on the 4th, but it's closed. Before that the last time I played any 9's was on the 3rd. So I don't play them all that frequently. Are we quickly getting...
